Our Story

Medu Consultancy was founded by Medu Thirumaleshwara Bhat in 2001. He has 35 years of experience working with the Employee Provident Fund Organization (EPFO). Medu Consultancy initially started as a computer training center. However, seeing a growing need for expert guidance in Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) compliance, we pivoted to focus on these services. we are proud to have become a trusted name in EPF and ESI consultancy.

Our Journey

What began as a local service in the coastal towns of Mangalore, Udupi, Puttur,Bantwal, Kundapura, and Gokarna, gradually expanded to serve businesses throughout Karnataka. Today, we cater to major cities such as Bangalore, Mysore, Hubballi, Hassan, Sakleshpur, Davanagere, Sirsi, Madikeri and beyond, providing comprehensive, reliable, and expert solutions to help businesses stay compliant with EPF and ESI regulations.
